Physical condition: managing your own body is becoming more and more important for players. the players do not realize how important it is to stretch, eat healthy, and workout properly on a daily basis. by stretching every day for ten minutes it allows players to feel more loose and not so tight. mobility is a key when playing football. it also allows less strains, pulling of muscles, and potential tears of tight LIgaments. by eating healthy the players limit the risk of having cardiovascular diseases that make the heart vulnerable. by dieting right it keeps them from gaining excess fatty weight. the right foods will make the players feel like they have plenty of energy and do not get tired as easily. the players would feel refreshed as almost like a brand new person. exercise is beyond important. any kind of physical exercise helps the body out. it keeps blood flowing throughout the body and makes a person feel better. by exercising it keeps heart diseases and blood pressure and other diseases away. by staying fit the players will be able to live longer and just feel better every day. they will not feel depressed or tired or worn out when they are fifty or older.
